Yes. nākd. fruit & nut bars are made with 100% natural ingredients to contribute to a healthy, balanced diet—we simply blend fruit and nuts and press them together without heat into a delicious bar. They contain no added sugar, syrups, or artificial ingredients, and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, gluten-, wheat-, and dairy-free. Plus, they provide fibre, minerals, and vitamins from the fruit and nuts! 

What does 'raw' and 'cold pressed' actually mean?

nākd. fruit & nut bars are made from 100% natural ingredients. We mix fruit & nuts and press them together in a raw bar. ‘Raw’ means the bars are not baked or cooked, helping preserve vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. ‘Cold pressed’ refers to the production process and means fruit and nuts are pressed together without heat, creating a natural bar packed with nutrients and with no artificial additives.

Do nākd. fruit & nut bars contain preservatives?

No. nākd. bars contain no artificial additives or preservatives. Ingredients are 100% natural. The natural sugars in fruit help keep them fresh, and our airtight packaging ensures they stay delicious until opened. For best taste, enjoy your bar right after opening.
